Common questions from shoppers on Tradify.

Account & Registration

You can browse products without an account. However, you'll need to create a free account to place an order, save your wishlist, and track deliveries.

  1. Click Sign Up in the top navigation.
  2. Enter your name, email, and a password.
  3. Verify your email using the OTP code sent to your inbox.
  4. Optionally verify your phone number via WhatsApp or SMS for faster checkout.

Click Forgot Password on the login page. Enter your email address and we'll send you a reset link. The link is valid for 6 hours.

Shopping & Orders

  1. Browse or search for products on the marketplace.
  2. Click Add to Cart on any product.
  3. When ready, click the cart icon and then Proceed to Checkout.
  4. Enter your delivery address.
  5. Choose a payment method and complete payment.
  6. You'll receive an order confirmation email with your order number.

Yes. You can add products from different sellers to a single cart and check out once. Each seller's items are fulfilled and shipped separately, so you may receive multiple packages.

Go to Account → My Orders. Each order shows its current status. Once the seller creates a shipment, you'll see the courier name and tracking number. Use that number on the courier's website for live tracking.

You can cancel before the seller ships your order. Email support@tradify.pk with your order number as soon as possible. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled — you'll need to use the returns process instead.

Payment Methods

  • JazzCash — mobile wallet payment
  • Easypaisa — mobile wallet payment
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay in cash when your order arrives
  • Visa / Mastercard — international debit/credit cards via Stripe

Mobile wallet payments can fail if your wallet balance is insufficient, your number isn't registered, or the PIN entered is wrong. Check your wallet app and try again. If the amount was deducted but your order isn't confirmed, email support@tradify.pk with your transaction ID and we'll reconcile it within 24 hours.

Yes. Card payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Tradify never stores your card number — all sensitive data stays with Stripe.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times vary by seller location and courier. Most orders within Punjab are delivered in 2–4 business days. Inter-city orders may take 4–7 business days. The seller will share a tracking number once dispatched.

Shipping costs are set by each seller and displayed at checkout. Some sellers offer free shipping on orders above a threshold. You'll see the exact shipping cost before you confirm payment.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that are damaged, defective, or significantly different from the listing. Contact support@tradify.pk with your order number and photos of the issue.

Once the return is approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Card refunds go back to the original card. Mobile wallet refunds (JazzCash/Easypaisa) are sent directly to your wallet. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or mobile wallet.
